Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- oleo - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- Tabasco sauce - 1/2 tsp
- melted oleo - 1/2 c
- Ritz cracker crumbs
- Ritz crackers, crumbled - 15 item
- yellow squash
How to make squash casserole:
Slice and cook squash until tender; drain well. Saute onion in oleo. Mix with squash. Add crumbled Ritz crackers, eggs, seasonings and cheese. Put this into baking dish. Mix oleo and cracker crumbs; put over top of squash. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
