- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- pepper - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/8 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1 c
- slices bacon, fried and crumbled - 8 item
- frozen pie shell - 1 item
How to make bacon quiche:
Prebake pie shell at 350° for 10 minutes. Beat eggs, milk, nutmeg, onion, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese, then bacon; pour egg mixture over. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Savory pies.
