- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 3 c
- yellow squash - 2 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Slice squash. Grate cheese. In a large bowl, mix squash, cheese, salt to taste, pepper to taste and slightly beaten egg. Put in casserole dish. Bake 1 hour at 350° to 400°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
