Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- yellow squash, sliced - 5 item
- small jar pimiento - 1 item
- bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 1/2 item
How to make squash casserole:
Melt stick of margarine and combine with mushroom soup and sour cream. Add squash and rest of ingredients. Bake in a large, flat dish or 9 x 2 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
