Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- cracker crumbs - 1 item
- minced onion - 1/2 c
- finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- cans yellow squash medium size cans - 2 item
How to make squash casserole:
Drain and mash squash. Mix with other ingredients. Top with cracker crumbs and a little of the cheese. Dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
