Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- stick butter or oleo - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- crumbled cornbread - 2 c
- cooked squash - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Saute onions in oleo. Mash squash with fork. Combine sauteed onions with slightly beaten eggs. Add undiluted soup, squash and cornbread. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and pour in greased casserole. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
