Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cheese - 1 c
- small onion - 1 item
- carrot - 1 item
- pimento - 1 Tbsp
- squash, sliced - 2 lb
- seasoned stuffing mix - 10 oz
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion until tender; drain. Mix with salt and pepper, cream of chicken soup and 1 tablespoon margarine. Add sour cream, pimento and carrot. Combine 1/2 cup margarine and stuffing mix. Place half of mixture in a casserole dish. Add 1/2 cup cheese. Place the rest of ingredients. Add rest of cheese on top. Bake 35 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
