Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- squash, cooked and drained - 3 c
- herb stuffing mix - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash; season lightly with salt and pepper. Add onion, chicken soup and sour cream. Pour melted margarine over stuffing mix and mix well. Add 1/2 stuffing mix to squash, then pour into casserole and cover with remaining stuffing mix. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
