Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- melted margarine - 3 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1/2 lb
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- squash - 2 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Peel the squash. Mix squash, diced onion, salt and sugar in a pot with water. Boil for 15 minutes, then drain. In a separate bowl, mix melted margarine, flour, eggs, milk and grated cheese. Add cooked squash to bowl. Mix together, then pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
