Ingredients/Components

- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- melted margarine - 1/3 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- fresh lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- grated lemon peel
- pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
- Grease and flour an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan
How to make lemon pecan bread:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan. Mix first 5 ingredients. Fold in dry ingredients. Mix until moistened. Fold in pecans. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Glaze while still in pan.Glaze:1/2 c. powdered sugar3 Tbsp. fRecipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Lemon.
