Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- shredded carrots - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 item
- cream of chicken soup - 1 c
- onions - 1/4 c
- squash 6 c - 2 lb
- box dressing mix - 8 oz
How to make squash casserole:
Boil squash and onions 5 minutes. Combine everything except stuffing, butter and cheese. Mix butter and stuffing in bottom of pan. Sprinkle stuffing and cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
