- pkg - 1 lb
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 12 oz
- cream of chicken soup - 1 c
- small onion - 1/2 item
- crushed corn flakes or Ritz crackers - 2 c
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Place potatoes in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix together the next 6 ingredients. Pour over potatoes. Top with corn flakes or crackers and drizzle with 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
