- oleo - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- chopped onions - 1 item
- oregano - 1 2
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 pkg
- zucchini - 1 item
- large can drained tomatoes, chopped - 1/2 item
How to make italian zucchini:
Peel, slice and saute zucchini in oleo and chopped onions. Layer in large pan, well oiled: 1/2 sauteed zucchini, salt and pepper (sprinkle), parsley flakes, oregano, tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until tender.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Tomato.
