Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- medium onion - 1 item
- bell pepper - 1/2 c
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 c
- cooked squash - 3 c
- Waverly crackers - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Brown beef, drain; saute bell pepper and onion in margarine, then combine the other ingredients, mixing well. Top with cracker crumbs. Dot with margarine. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.In memory of Oneida Graham.
