Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- pepper - 3/4 tsp
- garlic salt - 3/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- ground beef
- medium onion - 1 item
- cottage cheese - 1 lb
- oregano - 2 tsp
- basil
- tomato sauce - 1 (8
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
- lasagna noodles - 1/2 pkg
- can tomatoes - 1 lb
How to make lasagna:
Brown the ground beef and drain off fat. Add the next 8 ingredients. Simmer for 1/2 hour. Stir about twice while this simmers. Cook noodles and drain. Mix the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and the beaten eggs. Layer in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan 1/2 noodles, 1/2 cheese filling, 1/2 the Mozzarella and 1/2 the meat sauce.
