- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- sharp cheese, grated - 1 c
- crushed saltine crackers
- cooked squash or 2 pkg - 2 3
How to make squash casserole:
In a baking dish, layer squash, onion, cracker crumbs and cheese. Repeat to make 3 layers. Mix egg, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over squash layers. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
