Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- from 16 oz - 1 pkg
- parsley, chopped dry or fresh - 2 Tbsp
- each: marjoram and nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup golden mushroom is delicious - 1 item
- can sliced mushrooms, cut up - 1 oz
How to make salisbury steak:
Combine first 9 ingredients; mix well. By 1/4 cupfuls, shape into balls or patties. Heat soup, milk and garlic salt. Pour over patties. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes. During last 10 minutes, add mushrooms.Recipe categories: Time to make, < 30 mins, Oamc/freezer/make ahead.
