  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • catsup - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • garlic salt to taste - 1 item
  • from 16 oz - 1 pkg
  • parsley, chopped dry or fresh - 2 Tbsp
  • each: marjoram and nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • can cream of mushroom soup golden mushroom is delicious - 1 item
  • can sliced mushrooms, cut up - 1 oz

How to make salisbury steak:

Combine first 9 ingredients; mix well. By 1/4 cupfuls, shape into balls or patties. Heat soup, milk and garlic salt. Pour over patties. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes. During last 10 minutes, add mushrooms.
