Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- oleo - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1 item
- chopped green pepper - 1 item
- squash - 4 large
- Velveeta cheese, grated - 1 pkg
- crushed crackers Ritz or saltine - 10 item
How to make baked squash:
Cook squash and drain; add all ingredients. Pour into greased, shallow Pyrex dish; top with additional cheese and crackers. Bake for 30 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Vegetables.
