Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- carrots, grated - 2 item
- small onion, grated - 1 item
- cooked squash
- small jar pimientos, chopped - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion until tender and season with salt and pepper. Add other vegetables, soup and sour cream. Mix stuffing and melted margarine. Line casserole dish with this mixture, leaving enough to cover top. Pour squash mixture over stuffing and cover this with crumbs.
