Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- Ritz crackers - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- fresh squash - 2 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Cut squash and boil to your tenderness. In a big bowl, mix well squash, 2 eggs, chopped onions, cream of mushroom soup and Cheddar cheese. After mixing well, pour in a long casserole dish. Top with more cheese (as much as you like) and crumbled Ritz crackers. Bake in the oven for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
