Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- seasoned bread crumbs
- squash - 1 item
- slices crisp bacon, crumbled - 8 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cook, drain and mash squash; salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients; pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350°, covered, until set. Uncover and top with seasoned bread crumbs; lightly brown.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
