Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- clove garlic - 1 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- grated zucchini 4 small ones - 4 c
How to make zucchini appetizers:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix all of the ingredients. Spread in pan. Bake until golden brown, about 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Squash, Appetizers.
