- sour cream - 1 (8
- grated carrots - 3/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- medium onion, minced - 1 item
- melted oleo - 1/2 c
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- scalded milk - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 item
- yellow mashed squash - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the stuffing mix. Spoon into a lightly greased 3-quart casserole. Top with the remaining stuffing mix. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
