Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 1/2
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- large can English peas, drained - 1 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook and drain broccoli. Arrange half of broccoli in greased 2-quart casserole. Cover with peas. Mix other ingredients for sauce (except crackers) and pour half over peas and broccoli. Add rest of broccoli and then rest of sauce. Cover with Ritz crackers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
