Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium yellow squash - 6 item
- instant onion - 2 Tbsp
- can chopped green chilies mild - 1 oz
- herb flavored croutons, crushed - 1 c
How to make squash casserole:
Slice and boil squash until done. Drain and mash. Add all remaining ingredients and bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350°. Freezes well.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
