Scalloped potatoes with cheese
Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1 item
- paprika - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onions - 1 item
- soup can water - 1/4 item
- large potatoes, peeled, dehydrated, chopped and sliced - 4 item
How to make scalloped potatoes with cheese:
Heat mushroom soup with water and set aside. Layer potatoes, salt and pepper. Dot with margarine. Sprinkle with onions and layer of shredded cheese. Repeat layers, ending with top layer of potatoes. Pour soup mixture over all. Sprinkle grated cheese and paprika on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, covered.
