Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped onions - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
- chopped squash - 3 c
- to 15 Ritz crackers, crushed - 12 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onions together. Mash them up real good and add eggs, then add salt and pepper. Cook a few more minutes, then taste. Pour into a bowl. Add cheese, crushed crackers and mayonnaise.
