Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1/4 lb
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- medium zucchini, sliced - 3 item
- medium onions, sliced - 2 item
- Italian bread crumbs - 1 c
- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
- green peppers, sliced in strips - 3 item
How to make zucchini delight:
Place melted butter in casserole dish. Arrange zucchini, onions and peppers in layers. Sprinkle bread crumbs, oil and shredded cheese over mixture. Top with sauce. Cover and bake for 50 to 60 minutes in 375° oven. Serves 4 to 6 people.Recipe categories: Squash, Vegetables, Main dish.
