Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- large onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- cooked squash, drained - 4 c
- herb dressing mix - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Put 1 cup dressing mix in bottom of 2 1/2-quart casserole. Mix other ingredients and put on dressing mix. Top with remaining dressing mix. Dot with butter. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes or until brown. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
