  • oil - 1/2 c
  • biscuit mix - 1 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • minced garlic - 1 tsp
  • small zucchini, sliced thin - 4 item

How to make zucchini appetizers:

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Dip zucchini in batter to coat. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until golden.
