Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- salt and black pepper - 1 tsp
- Pepperidge Farm dressing - 1/2 c
- summer squash - 2 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Saute onion in butter. Slice squash and simmer in salted water until tender. Drain well. Mix squash with onion. Add salt, pepper and sour cream. Blend well and place in a 1-quart casserole dish. Top with dressing. Dot with butter and bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
