Ingredients/Components
- garlic salt - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 oz
- Italian seasonings - 1 item
- zucchini, sliced thin - 2 item
- Provolone cheese - 1 item
- small garlic cloves - 2 item
How to make zucchini parmesan:
Saute onion and garlic cloves in oil. Add zucchini and saute. Put half of the zucchini and onion mixture into casserole dish. Add a layer of sauce, then garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Add layer of Provolone and remainder of zucchini and more seasonings, then rest of Provolone. Top with sauce, then Parmesan and seasonings.
