Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- carrot, grated - 1 item
- cooked squash - 4 c
- herb dressing - 1/2 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash, onion and carrots in a small amount of water until tender. Drain; add margarine. Add salt, pepper, sour cream, chicken soup and all but 1/2 cup dressing. Pour in casserole dish that has been greased with margarine. Sprinkle with remainder of dressing and dots of margarine. Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
