- salt - 1 item
- butter - 1 item
- carton sour cream - 1 item
- grated carrot - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated onion - 1 item
- squash, cooked and drained - 2 lb
- Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing mix - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and drain. Add soup, sour cream, onion, carrot, salt and pepper. Melt butter and add stuffing mix. Put half of dressing mix in baking dish, add squash mixture and top with rest of dressing. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
