  • eggs - 3 item
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • evaporated milk - 1/2 c
  • grated cheese
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1/2 c
  • cracker crumbs - 3/4 c
  • sliced squash - 2 lb

How to make squash casserole:

Cook and drain squash. Beat eggs slightly. Add milk, squash, onion, crumbs, half the cheese, butter, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and pour in buttered casserole. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 425° for 25 minutes.
