Ingredients/Components
- cooked squash - 2 c
- stick butter or margarine - 3/4 item
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- cracker crumbs - 2 c
- milk - 1/2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Combine squash, milk and well beaten eggs. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into greased baking dish. Top with 1/4 cup of cracker crumbs mixed with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Bake in a 375° oven for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
