Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- cracker crumbs - 2 c
- stick melted margarine - 3/4 item
- cooked squash - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Mash cooked squash. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 375° for about 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
