Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • beaten egg - 1 item
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • stuffing mix - 1 c
  • cooked squash - 2 c

How to make squash casserole:

Mash squash. Mix all ingredients, except cheese. Put in greased casserole dish, top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
