Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- cracker crumbs - 3/4 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- squash - 3 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Boil squash until tender; drain well. Mash squash; add onion, eggs, sugar, salt, pepper and 1/2 butter. Place in dish and top with cracker crumbs. Melt remaining butter and spread over cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
