Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- stick butter - 3/4 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- cracker crumbs - 2 c
- squash - 3 c
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash until tender. Drain. Add salt, pepper, milk, beaten eggs, butter, onion, cracker crumbs and cheese. Bake uncovered at 375° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
