Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- or 4 yellow squash - 3 item
- crumbs I use part seasoned stuffing - 1 1
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash in small amount of water; should be about 3 cups when done. Mash coarsely and add rest of ingredients. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle top with crumbs and grated cheese. Bake at 325° to 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
