Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- small jar pimentos - 1 item
- crackers - 1 c
- small squash - 6 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash until tender (drain). Add salt margarine and egg. Mix well then add cheese, milk, crackers and pimentos. Put in bowl, sprinkle cracker crumbs over top and put in oven on about 425° until top gets brown.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
