Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- red bell pepper, diced - 1/4 c
- green bell pepper, diced - 1/4 c
- egg plus 1 egg white - 1 item
- well drained, cooked yellow squash - 1 qt
- or 12 saltine crackers, crumbled - 10 item
- Owens mild sausage, crumbled and fried done - 1/2 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Mix all ingredients, place in a casserole dish and bake at 350° until egg is done and the casserole is slightly brown on top.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
