Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- Italian bread crumbs - 1 c
- to 5 medium yellow squash - 4 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cut squash in pieces. Cook in boiling water until tender, approximately 20 minutes. Combine all ingredients after squash has been mashed with fork. Stir and put into 1-quart casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes in a 350° oven.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
