Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix - 1 c
- cooked yellow summer squash - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Mash squash in large mixing bowl. Add rest of ingredients, except cheese. Put in greased casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
