Zucchini stuffing casserole
Ingredients/Components
- dairy sour cream - 1/2 c
- margarine - 5 Tbsp
- shredded carrots - 3/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- medium zucchini - 2 item
- herb stuffing
- chicken, chopped - 1 can
How to make zucchini stuffing casserole:
Cook cut-up zucchini until tender; drain. Saute carrots and onions in margarine. Add tuna or chicken, half the stuffing, soup and sour cream. Stir in the zucchini.Put in a 2-quart casserole; toss in rest of stuffing. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 6.
