Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- crumbled cornbread - 1 c
- can squash - 1 lb
How to make squash casserole:
If fresh squash is used, cook until tender. Mash cooked squash. Add butter, slightly beaten egg, cheese, crumbs and milk. Mix well. Put in a greased baking dish and bake, uncovered, at 300° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
