  • milk - 1/4 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • stick butter - 1/4 item
  • grated cheese
  • Ritz crackers - 8 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • yellow squash - 1 lb
  • medium size onion - 1 item

How to make squash casserole:

Boil squash and onion in salted water until tender; drain. Add grated cheese and butter. Add beaten egg and milk. Add crushed crackers. Pour in 8 x 8-inch pan. Top with grated Cheddar cheese and crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 350° until brown.
