Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- stick butter - 1/4 item
- grated cheese
- Ritz crackers - 8 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- yellow squash - 1 lb
- medium size onion - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Boil squash and onion in salted water until tender; drain. Add grated cheese and butter. Add beaten egg and milk. Add crushed crackers. Pour in 8 x 8-inch pan. Top with grated Cheddar cheese and crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 350° until brown.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
