Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- small onion - 1 item
- squash - 1 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Combine first two ingredients. Cook, drain and mash. Add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/2-cup cheese to sprinkle over top. Pour into buttered casserole. Bake at 375° until firm and cheese is brown.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
