Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 5 c
- vinegar
- dry mustard - 2 t
- chopped onions
- celery seed - 2 t
- green peppers - 3 item
- ground zucchini - 10 c
- red peppers substitute 2 jars pimentos - 2 item
- tumeric - 2 t
How to make zucchini relish:
Cover with 1 c. salt let stand overnight. Rinse with cold water.Add second part of ingredients and bring to a boil for 15 minutes. Put in jars.
